How does pricing work?
You pay per video bundle. Each tier sets a minimum order size — we quote the per-video price and you choose how many videos you need. There are no monthly subscriptions unless you choose our Enterprise retainer.
What is included in commercial usage rights?
Once a video is approved and payment is settled, you own full commercial rights to use it across all platforms — paid ads, organic posts, your website, email campaigns — with no time limit and no additional licensing fees.
What happens if I am not happy with a video?
Every package includes at least one revision round. Simply leave feedback in your dashboard and the creator will re-shoot or edit accordingly. Enterprise clients have unlimited rounds.
How quickly will I receive the content?
Starter and Growth orders are delivered within 14 days of your brief going live. Enterprise clients on retainer receive content within 10 days with a dedicated creator pool.
